PRO PLAN® DOG FOOD ALL SIZE ADULT SENSITIVE DIGESTION, LAMB & RICE is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for Adult maintenance.

Ingredients:
Lamb; brewers rice; whole grain wheat; chicken meal; wheat protein; barley; animal fat preserved with mixed-tocopherols (form of vitamin E); salmon meal; minerals, vitamins, amino acids, organic acids and natural flavours (including calcium, phosphorous, sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc, iron, iodine, selenium, aluminosilicate, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, folic acid, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, choline); animal digest; beet pulp; chicory; fish oil and natural antioxidants.

Using the Feeding Table: To help your dog maintain an ideal body condition, monitor your dog’s weight on a regular basis, making sure that their ribs are easily felt and their waist is visible when viewed from above. Maintaining an ideal body condition can impact your dog’s lifelong health.
MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLAN®: By choosing to feed your dog PRO PLAN you can be reassured that our tailored nutrition will have a positive impact on your dog’s long-term health and well-being. Although you will be keen to see the difference PRO PLAN can make in your dog, please allow 7 – 10 days to transition from their current food. This enables your dog’s digestive enzymes to gradually adapt to the change in ingredient and nutritional content, assisting with the proper digestion of the food and helping prevent stomach upsets. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more of PRO PLAN until you are feeding PRO PLAN exclusively

During the checkout process you are able to select a variety of delivery services including Express and Economy, the lead times are dependant on the time of your order placed, orders before 12h00 leave same day, and delivery area, typical delivery times are estimated at:

- Main Centre Economy : 2 to 3 working days
- Regional Express : 2 to 3 working days
- Regional Economy : 5 to 7 working days
If you need a next day delivery service and it's already past this cut off time please call us and we can see if it's possible.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check this with your original payment method, if you’ve done this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your item, you should mail it to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item as we don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
